Hi I'm Cebo and for the past two years I've been directing short documentaries for BBC Three, creating docs which engage and empower young audiences from black and minority backgrounds.

I come from a journalistic background where I spent 5 years creating human interest stories for news online.

The films would aim to reflect modern Britain and challenge what we understand of gender, sexuality and mental health.

I enjoy thinking of treatments that work across digital and streaming platforms, my role has given me a strong understanding of social media, audience engagement and editorial understanding.
